Are you eligible?

The Hardest Hit Fund Rhode Island is available to homeowners who have a documented financial hardship and have exhausted all options to maintain mortgage payments and avoid foreclosure. Assistance will vary but generally includes help obtaining a loan modification from your lender as well as help in making mortgage payments while unemployed or underemployed.

Below is a quick self-analysis that will help you determine if you meet basic eligibility criteria for the HHFRI program.

Is your gross annual household income more than $87,800 for family of 2 or $102,400 for a family of 3 or more?	YesNo
